Car Park & Surfacing Defect Assessment

Our Maintenance Assessors (MA) have a vast experience in defect detection and identifying hazards. Our Car Park & Surfacing Defect Assessment Maintenance Assessments are tailored to individual premises requirements. We can provide specific evidential data with respect to all potholes, surface deviations, and trip & fall hazards.
 

Surface Cleaning

Fully equipped vehicles carry high-pressure surface cleaning equipment allowing for surfaces to be cleaned to the highest standard. With operational pressure of between 3000-3600 psi, we can apply various chemicals to help achieve exceptional results.
 

Weed Control

PA1 & PA6 trained operatives can apply weed control pesticides to external car parks, verges and open spaces. Applications can be as part of a pre-planned maintenance programme or one-off dosing.
 

Gritting

Our fully trained gritting operatives operate from October to March undertaking pre-planned routes with both trailer and pedestrian gritting equipment. We hold large stocks of clean with road salt and can supply on-site gritting bins to all premises.
